The mesh is clamped into the frame — not glued or clipped — so it holds when it is actually tested.
Warranty up to 15 years
Standard 10-year Crimsafe warranty, with optional extensions to 12 years on Regular/Classic and 15 years on Ultimate and iQ.

Do you offer a free quote and measure?
Yes. A GPW team member visits your property, checks openings and frame types, discusses your priorities, and prepares a tailored quote — usually within a few days. There is no pressure to proceed.
Which areas do you service?
We install across Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Maitland, Port Stephens, Cessnock, Singleton, Muswellbrook, Dungog and the wider Hunter Valley. If you are nearby and not sure, call us — we cover around 300 suburbs.
Can I see the product before I commit?
Yes. Visit our showroom at 3/8 Nelson Road, Cardiff. You can see Crimsafe doors and windows in person, including an iQ door on display.
Do I have to choose Regular, Classic, Ultimate or iQ myself?
No. We compare the range with you on site and recommend the right option for the opening, the look you want, and the level of security you need.
